Beginner Wrestling Class (Folkstyle)

Designed for K–8th grade athletes, this class introduces wrestlers to the fundamentals of folkstyle wrestling—the style used in middle school, high school, and men's college competition. Offered year-round, this program helps new athletes build confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation in the sport.

This program is designed for wrestlers with at least one season of experience who are preparing for state and national-level competition. Training includes advanced technique, live wrestling, strength development, and conditioning.
From March through June, this class focuses on Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling.
Sneads Ferry Competition Training: $150/month

High School Training (Jacksonville Only)

Our high school training program is currently offered exclusively at the Jacksonville CEWC location, where many of the region’s top high school wrestlers train year-round.
